Sales process starts with the opportunity and develops in line with the activity processes. These processes may change for companies but in many companies, the opportunity starts with a phone call and continues with information on e-mail, visit, demo, quotation, revision of quotation, order confirmation, agreement, delivery and support after sales.
This module Pipeline reports the sales which started with the opportunity and then changed to order, and this data enables you to manage performance of all company, including sales representative reports with only one click. The price for the offered product, stock status (from commercial pack), annual and monthly sales average, previous prices for customer if any, previous campaigns for customer, endorsement of last three months of customer, currency account information of customer (risk, balance, last payment etc. are taken from the commercial program) can be checked. In addition to these, if goals and quotas are designated (for customer, product, product group and sales representative) these can be followed on the system.
While designating the offer, entering effectuation rate of offer and date of effectuation, possible sales plans for the following 3-6 months can be created. Offers, orders, sales, invoices, order confirmations, order delivery forms can be defined ad libitum and be sent to the intended person via e-mail. Based on business processes, supplying the sold products is done from stock, via production or purchasing methods and product shipping is done accordingly. Product monitoring system can be marked as barcode, Serino or not to be monitored and products with a date of expiry can also be monitored on the system.
