Relevant disclosure is mandatory to fulfill the obligations under the User Agreement It is possible to provide links to other sites and applications through the Site and Application, and SetXRM does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and contents of these sites and applications. Some parts of the services offered in the Application, such as but not limited to storage and hosting, may be provided to the Customer by SetXRM business partners and third parties. SetXRM may share Customer and End User information with third parties in order to provide the services specified within the scope of the Application, only for this purpose and by observing the rules and conditions within the scope of the End User Agreement. End User may forward his questions regarding the matters regulated in this Privacy Policy to SetXRM by sending an e-mail to info@setxrm.com. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTThis Privacy Policy sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the information and data shared with SetXRM by parties (Customer) that have concluded an End User Agreement with Argeset Yazılım Dan. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (SetXRM) during their membership in and use of the cloud-based application (Application) offered by SetXRM and published on the www.setxrm.com website (Site). Users who log in to the Application are deemed to have declared that they accept the End User Agreement and this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an annex to, and an integral part of, the End User Agreement concluded with the Customer.
The content uploaded to the Site by the End User is the property of the Customer.
As SetXRM, our first priority is to protect and keep confidential the information provided by the Customer, company officials or employees during membership and use of the Application. For this reason, the information provided by the Customer and by End Users of the system, and shared in the Application, will not be used or shared with third parties in any context other than the rules and purposes specified in the End User Agreement.
The CUSTOMER declares that it acts as the data controller, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, with respect to the EMPLOYEES whose personal data and User Information will be uploaded to the APPLICATION, including the uploading of personal data to the APPLICATION and the processing of such data by SetXRM, which acts as the data processor. The CUSTOMER accepts that it is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from the EMPLOYEES, providing them with the required information and fulfilling its obligations under the relevant legislation, and that SetXRM may seek recourse against the CUSTOMER for any claims and damages it may face in this context.Measures have been taken within available means to ensure that the SITE and APPLICATION are free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the CUSTOMER must supply its own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection.
SetXRM processes the personal data shared on the Application in accordance with the legislation regarding the personal data shared in the Application as a "data processor" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. SetXRM takes the necessary technical and administrative measures and carries out the necessary inspections to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to ensure that personal data is not processed unlawfully, personal data is not accessed unlawfully, and that personal data is preserved within the scope specified in the relevant legislation.
SetXRM cannot disclose the personal data it obtains about the Customer, employees and other third parties to anyone, contrary to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and cannot use it for purposes other than processing.
SetXRM detects and uses the IP address of the users when necessary, in order to detect system-related problems and solve these problems as quickly as possible. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and gather broad demographic information.
SetXRM may change this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying it on the Site or via e-mail. The Privacy Policy provisions amended by SetXRM come into force on the notification date.SetXRM may also share the End User's information with third parties if the following conditions exist:
Requesting information about users for the purpose of conducting a research or investigation duly carried out by an authorized administrative and judicial institution in accordance with the relevant legislation.
