At BNK Grup, we have been using SetXRM for about 2 years. Previously, we tracked the contracts, latest meter readings, and invoice amounts for the printers we rent out using different applications. Thanks to the solution SetXRM provides, we can now track our inventory database, the related contracts, and meter information on the system. By bulk uploading data from Excel, we have optimized our processes with automated checks and calculations.
One of the critical points in our industry is inventory management: shipping free-of-charge consumables, spare parts, and similar items for contracted devices at the right time. This has always been problematic, since there are usually hundreds of different models and thousands of related materials. With SetXRM, we can track materials and ensure they are used with maximum efficiency and without duplication.
We also actively use the CRM, service management, and human resources modules. We can develop the necessary changes and reports in these modules ourselves using the dynamic features.
