“We have been using SetXRM for 3 years.
We were previously using one of the world’s leading platforms, but the software could not meet our needs. As a result, our data was scattered across 3 different applications, and generating reports was very difficult.
While searching for new software, we discovered SetXRM. They quickly prepared a presentation showing how they would meet our needs, and we started working together.
The work we used to do with 3 applications, we now handle with SetXRM alone. We use SetXRM not only as CRM software but also to track our clinical processes, and we are very satisfied.
The fact that the program is developed locally is also important to me. I see it as an important milestone for the growth of the software industry in our country.
