First of all, thank you for bringing a management perspective to our processes such as production, sales, and purchasing, and for enabling us to track every stage easily and quickly, in a systematic and planned way, from production to sales and after-sales operations.
The service we receive is lean and clear, and it is very convenient and easy to use.
After uploading the technical data of the products we manufacture to the system, we also enter our customers into the system online and on a regular basis, and then move on to our quotation process within the system. The system lets us e-mail our quotation to the other party with a single click.
If we reach an agreement with our customer on the quotation, we prepare our sales contract in the system and present it to our customer.
Then, after approving and signing our contracts, we can create a production request form for the same product for our in-house production.
Finally, when the product is completed and shipped, we create the machine inventory record and complete the sale.
We can also easily track the machines and spare parts in our stock using the counters we have created.
All of these stages are interconnected; the greatest benefit the system provides is that we can create all of them with a single click, which increases our speed and reduces lost time.
