Tender and Project Management
In the Tender module, you can track all processes along with their costs, from the date the tender is announced through product delivery or, for a project-based tender, until the project is completed.
You can manage basic tender information and addenda, automatically print letter of guarantee tracking forms, prepare the quotation as specified in the tender specifications, calculate tender profitability, and analyze competitor prices in past tenders.
In the Tender module, business processes work briefly as follows.
Information is entered into the Tender module manually, via Excel, or through API integration with the relevant websites. These tenders are reviewed by the relevant people and marked as bid or no-bid. For those to be bid on, tasks are created for the relevant people and the process is initiated. Each branch and unit completes the work related to its own department within the specified time and carries it out through the system. When the tender is concluded, the companies that participated in the tender and the prices they offered are entered into the system. If the tender is won, the shipments to be made under the contract are planned and likewise tracked through the system.
With the Project Management Module, you can track the project’s main steps and sub-steps, durations, assigned personnel, materials to be used, costs and the real-time status of the project. The project’s real-time completion rate, current cost and remaining workload can be tracked online. Meetings held, e-mails sent, documents sent, consumable expenses, and accommodation and travel expenses related to the project can be tracked by project sub-step. From the start to the end of the project, the survey, project, shipment, production and return quantities of products can be tracked step by step. If the project is carried out at multiple locations simultaneously, the operations of each location can be tracked separately.
The project and tender module works in integration with the other modules in the system. It is used together with the task, appointment and activity management, business process tracking, expense entry, incoming/outgoing documents, product shipment, product acceptance and financial management modules.
