We evaluated different CRM systems, including international platforms. However, we chose SetXrm because its interface is simpler and easier to use than the others.

With SetXrm, we can manage our customer relations more efficiently. We can keep all information about our customers on record. Any of our staff can then access this information from anywhere and add new entries. Unlike other systems that only offer CSV, we can also download all our records as Excel, whenever and wherever we want. We report on our meetings with customers and use these reports both to evaluate staff performance and to plan our next activities.

With features such as task assignment, invoice recording, chat, and e-mail, the system is much more than just a simple CRM software.
