Fixed Asset Management

The SetXRM RFID fixed asset management module offers a specially developed solution that enables companies to track their fixed assets with RFID.

In recent years, as RFID technologies have advanced and costs have fallen, the use of this technology has grown rapidly. It has come into significant use, especially in retail and fixed asset management.

With the “Fixed Asset Tracking Module” developed on SetXRM, fixed assets can be tracked down to the city, region, location and room level.

In addition to the fixed asset tracking number, assets can be tracked with an RFID Tag. The movements of fixed assets can be tracked with antennas placed at specific points. Fixed assets are assigned to the relevant persons and, when necessary, the fixed assets in rooms and assigned to individuals can be accessed instantly. Different RFID tags are used for different fixed assets; basically, two types of tags are used: metal and standard RFID tags. Fixed asset counts can easily be performed with any tablet.

The SetXRM RFID fixed asset management application offers the following features:

  • Can be used from all types of computers and mobile devices.
  • Easily deployed, specifically for multi-location and distributed structures.
  • When you go out to the field, it shows the difference between the inventory list you have and the actual situation on site.
  • Tracks all hardware, software, office supplies, and electronic and electrical devices in your workplace. You can easily see which product is being used by whom, to whom it is assigned, and what its current status is.
  • The full history of a fixed asset can be tracked from the moment it enters the system. It tracks the repair, maintenance, insurance and similar periods of your fixed assets. It provides detailed fixed asset lists when you want to sign maintenance, insurance or similar agreements.
  • Lists fixed assets from different perspectives with filters by brand, model and technical sub-details.
  • Highly detailed definitions when creating inventory items, allowing you to drill down to any level of detail and to filter and report by these details (Genealogy, Brand-Model, Movement Codes, Document No., Serial No.).
  • Ability to specify the brand and, accordingly, the model during inventory entry, with grouped reporting based on these attributes.
  • Lets you define a multi-branch company or an organization made up of several companies, along with each of their branches, divide branches into locations, and transfer fixed assets between them.
  • Tracks product warranty end dates, maintenance agreement end dates, and contract types, if any.
