Every contract, from sales to support
SetXRM Contract Management lets you track contracts related to sales or after-sales support through the system.
Sales and contract management cover consecutive processes: after a product is sold, a sales invoice request form is created, followed by an order confirmation form (contract form). The contract is generated by the system, approved by the customer, scanned and uploaded back into the system.

Sales contracts
If products are shipped in parts over different periods rather than all at once, these shipments are tracked on the contract.
Maintenance and support contracts
All details are stored – number and duration of support, support location, with or without parts, product warranty periods and whether periodic maintenance is included.
Call and fault integration
The contract module works integrated with the call, customer complaint and fault tracking modules.
Expiry reminders
Contracts with 3 months, 1 month and 1 week remaining are e-mailed daily to the responsible people in the relevant department.
Automatic invoicing
With the invoice module attached to the contract, SetXRM creates invoices automatically at month end and e-mails them to the customer; they can be transferred to your accounting software.
Rental contracts
Invoicing based on rental terms, monthly rental fees and per-page costs runs automatically; locations and replacements of rented products are tracked.
Contract details on screen the moment a customer calls
As soon as a customer calls, you can instantly see whether they have a contract, what it covers, how much support has been used so far, whether the contract fee has been paid and which products and services are included.
The locations of rented products, any replacements and where the products are now are tracked in the system. The contract module can also work integrated with the dealer management module.
