Denizin Medical Instruments

We are a company that manufactures medical instruments and devices. There was a lot of information we had to track and manage – from our customers, dealers, field sales staff, product portfolio and price quotations to the details of our orders, from our real-time warehouse stock to the responsibilities of our office staff. Our search for a system that authorized staff could use without limits of time and place led us to SetXRM.

Thanks to this program, we can keep and track everything we want in a single environment. We easily manage our sales, orders and marketing. In particular, we now manage our stock – which used to cause us great difficulties – in detail, even down to the warehouse placement order. With reporting that provides accurate data analysis, we continue to increase our efficiency.

It is very easy to use, and our adaptation process was very fast. We designed the system we use together with the SetXRM team and needed only one face-to-face meeting.
