What changed with SetXRM?
We manage our laboratory processes with SetXRM. These processes are Sample Acceptance, Analyses, Reporting, Laboratory CRM and 17025 Quality processes. As part of our zero-paper policy, we implemented e-signature integration last year, and we now sign reports in the application and send them to customers automatically thanks to SetXRM.
In addition to laboratory management, we also manage the Purchasing module in SetXRM. We can request new materials and track material stock entries and exits. With the Human Resources module, we also manage personnel records, annual leave entitlements and leave requests. Thanks to the dynamic structure of SetXRM, we can make improvements ourselves as our needs change.
