What changed with SetXRM?
We met SetXRM while searching for a tool that would eliminate the manual handling of documents in the sample acceptance and testing process of the test service we provide to suppliers and external customers within accredited laboratory management, and that would let us manage this process in accordance with the general requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025.
Today, with our company’s additional development requests also fulfilled, we have put the quality and document management system into operation. The application we use covers the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 management and technical requirements and their sub-clauses.
